RV Site Pricing & Boat Rentals

2008 RV Rates

Seasonal Site (May 1-Oct.25)                                             $1995 + electric

Monthly                                                                                 $600 + electric

Weekly                                                                                   $210

3 days (minimum rental period)                                        $99

Seasonal and monthly sites include:  water, sewer, and on-site boat & trailer storage. 

All short term RV rentals are based on 4 people.  There is a $6/day, $30/week charge for each additional person.  Pets are charged at the extra person rate. 

Deposits:  All short term RV rentals require a 50% deposit to reserve the site.  Deposits are non-refundable for all stays over a holiday weekend, otherwise reservations must be cancelled within 30 days to receive a refund, however, deposits will be refunded if we are able to re-rent the site.

Monthly and seasonal pets will be charged at $25 per month or $100/season. 

1. Pets must be on a leash and quiet
2. Pets must not be left unattended
3. Pets must be cleaned up after immediately
4. Pets must not be hostile towards other guests

Check in time is any time after 12:30 pm.  Check out time is anytime before 12 noon.
